GLXnatsu and GLXBlue, publishers of RadiantQuiz — RadiantQuizzSupport@gmail.com.

Account: email address, nickname, profile picture (if you add one), chosen language.

Game: scores, games, achievements and titles, duel history, daily challenges.

Social: friend list, private messages and team discussions, duel room messages, suggestions, reviews and reports.

Technical: last login (to show "online"), IP address used temporarily to limit abuse.

Payment: managed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number; we only keep your Premium subscription status.

Donations: handled by PayPal. We keep the amount, the date, your username only if you choose to display it, and the optional note (read only by the developers).

To operate the site (account, rankings, duels, messages), provide the Premium subscription, ensure moderation and security, translate the site into your language.

Legal basis: performance of the service you use (TOS) and our legitimate interest in securing and moderating the site. No advertising, no data resale.

Clerk (login and accounts), Stripe (Premium payments), PayPal (donations), Emergent Labs (hosting and database), an AI service via Emergent to translate site text (interface text only, not your private messages). These providers may process data outside the European Union with appropriate safeguards.

As long as your account exists. Duel rooms are deleted after 2 days (results remain in your history). You can delete your account at any time from My Account > Delete Account: your personal data will then be erased, except for payment records required by law (invoices).

You can access your data, correct it, erase it, object to processing or request its portability by writing to RadiantQuizzSupport@gmail.com. You can also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The site only uses cookies and local storage necessary for its operation (login, language, ongoing games). No advertising cookies or third-party audience measurement.

The site is open to all. In France, a minor under 15 years old must have parental consent to create an account, and purchasing Premium requires parental consent for any minor.
