RadiantQuiz is an unofficial and independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the authors, animation studios, publishers, broadcasters, or rights holders of the works mentioned on the site, nor by MyAnimeList or any other mentioned platform.

The publishers of RadiantQuiz hold no rights to these works and claim no ownership over them.

Titles, character names, quotes, illustrations, screenshots, posters, logos, and other elements related to the anime and manga mentioned on the site are the exclusive property of their respective authors and rights holders. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners.

These elements are reproduced for illustration and informational purposes, for unofficial and entertainment use (quizzes, games, reference catalog). Their presence on the site does not constitute a transfer, license, or authorization for reuse by users, and does not represent a claim of ownership.

Catalog information and visuals come from public sources, notably MyAnimeList, and are linked to their source whenever possible.

Images and visuals: posters, screenshots, and illustrations displayed in quizzes, duels, and the catalog are not the property of RadiantQuiz. They are displayed from their original source (mainly MyAnimeList), solely to allow the identification of a work, without modification of their content, and bear the mention "© rightsholders". They are neither sold, offered for download, nor included in the Premium offer. Any image can be removed upon simple request from a rightsholder (see below).

Elements specific to RadiantQuiz (code, interface, design, original text and questions, RadiantQuiz name and logo) are the property of their authors, GLXnatsu and GLXBlue. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

The publishers respect the rights of creators. Any rights holder (or their representative) who believes that content on RadiantQuiz infringes their rights may request its modification or removal, with no formality other than an email.

For fast processing, please write to RadiantQuizzSupport@gmail.com providing: your identity or that of the represented company, the work or right concerned, a precise description of the content and its location (page URL, question, or image), and proof of your status as a rights holder.

Any valid request will result in the removal or deactivation of content as soon as possible, generally within 72 business hours of receipt, in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN). We always favor a fast and amicable resolution.
